In many films, Indigenous Americans are often reduced to tropes and clichés, like the overused "Indian burial ground" or being relegated to delivering superstitious exposition. We set out to challenge these stereotypes and break the mold.

‘A Raven’s Call’ is set in the early 18th century and tells the story of two Cherokee Indian friends who come face-to-face with an evil force based on real Cherokee folklore: the Raven Mocker.

In Cherokee mythology, the Raven Mocker is a feared witch or spirit that preys on the sick and dying, stealing their life force to extend its own life. ‘A Raven’s Call’ brings this chilling legend to life, crafting a unique horror story that has never before been captured on film.
